Terms of use
These terms apply to the Onward Africa website. Client services are governed by a written engagement contract.

Draft terms. Legal entity details, registration number and governing law are pending confirmation.
1. What this site is
This site describes Onward Africa, a public relations, strategic communications and online reputation management firm: our services and contact information. It is published for information. Use of the site means these terms apply to you.
2. Service agreements
Service descriptions provide general information. Deliverables, obligations and scope are set out in the written engagement contract, which takes precedence over website content.
Outcomes involving publishers, platforms, regulators, journalists and courts remain subject to their decisions.
3. General information
Website articles provide general commentary. Seek advice from a qualified adviser for your specific legal, regulatory or business circumstances.
4. Enquiries
Enquiries begin a conversation. An engagement begins when its terms and scope are agreed in writing. Use the enquiry form for a brief description and contact the team to arrange secure transfer of sensitive material.
5. Client information
Client references and case studies are published with written permission. Anonymised accounts protect the client’s identity.
6. Accuracy of this site
Content reflects information available at the time of publication. Report corrections through the enquiry form.
Linked third-party content remains the responsibility of its publisher.
7. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully, submit accurate enquiries and respect access restrictions. Interference, unauthorised testing and automated collection that burdens the service are prohibited. Report security concerns through the enquiry form.
8. The client portal
Client portal use is governed by the engagement contract and account access terms. Accounts are for individual authorised users. Portal activity is logged.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, the Onward Africa name and the logo, belongs to Onward Africa or its licensors. You may read it, quote short extracts with attribution, and link to it. You may not reproduce it substantially, present it as your own, or use the name or logo in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist.
10. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Onward Africa is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits or replaces the liability terms agreed in an engagement contract, which are negotiated for that engagement.
11. Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top changes when they do, and the version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site.
12. Governing law and contact
The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms are to be completed by the firm. Questions about these terms can be sent through the enquiry form, for review by the team.
